Our Story

As a homeowner with a pool, I hired a few companies to do repairs on my equipment. As I learned the basics of repairs, I wanted to explore this as a business opportunity. I went full steam, learning everything I could online and eventually taking classes on everything from electrical to plumbing. The more I learned the easier things became. Eventually I quit my job of 18yrs to do this full time and I never looked back.

We are a family run small business in Rocklin. We have been a leader in Northern California since 2011. Norcal Pools is one of the fastest growing residential and commercial pool spa service and repair providers in Northern California. We pride ourselves on professionalism and dependability.

Our Approach

We built our business one customer at a time with customer referrals.  Most of our pool service competitors buy bulk accounts from other businesses to start their pool service business.  Do you not recognize your pool person, if not it's probably because they sold your account to somebody else.  We have competitors that sell you pool service very cheap only to sell your account to somebody else.  That is how they make their money.  We will never sell your account or buy your account from somebody else.  We believe our reputation is more important than that and we love ensuring that our customers are happy.
